Department of Children and Youth Affairs (DCYA) CCS Resettlement and Relocation

Registrations are now live on PIP for CCS Resettlement/Relocation.  Please note that CCS Resettlement/Relocation is only available to CCS/CCSP services which are currently providing childcare to eligible CCS Resettlement/Relocation children.
Please check the CCS Resettlement/Relocation Registrations How to Guide for details of how to apply.

Services providing CCS Resettlement/Relocation should consult the following documents which are available to download from the PIP Homepage:
•         CCS Resettlement/Relocation Registrations How to Guide
•         CCS Resettlement/Relocation Registrations How to Guide
•         CCS Resettlement/Relocation Eligibility Letters, (to be submitted with all CCS Resettlement/Relocation Registrations)
•         CCS Resettlement/Relocation Parental Declaration Letters (available in English and Arabic), to be signed by all parents and kept for compliance purposes.
Please note:

It has come to our attention that many of the ETB (language and orientation) classes that the eligible parents are attending may take a break for a number of weeks during the summer.
Service providers should be given two weeks advance notice regarding closure of these classes. This notice should be provided by parents where possible. This will ensure that the eligible parents do not lose out on two weeks of their eligibility under CCS Resettlement/Relocation.
Please check the 'CCS Resettlement/Relocation Registrations How to Guide for details of how to manage PIP registrations.
This notice will also be provided to the relevant officials in the Department of Justice and Equality.
